Michael has spent the past 30 years in Europe, based in the United Kingdom. Working in the fashion industry, in the 1990s Michael helped build streetwear brands like Evisu and Acupuncture into global names that became part of the extraordinary boom in sneakers and designer denim. Brands UGG and Biba followed, capitalising on the global growth in consumer spending and luxury brands.

Since 2005, Michael has worked as a financial advisor assisting SME companies with growth strategy, fund raising and M & A, specialising in the luxury and beauty sectors. Working with investors in the UK, the Middle East, the USA and China, he has raised over £100m in direct investment capital for emerging companies. From Seed to Growth to Exit, deals were generated with High-Net-Worth Individuals, Venture Capital Funds, Private Equity and Strategic.
